Dental Imaging

Dental imaging includes a variety of techniques to evaluate the health of teeth, jaws, and facial joints. One of the most commonly performed procedures is an OPG (orthopantomogram), a panoramic dental X-Ray that provides a complete view of the upper and lower jaws, including all teeth. During an OPG, the imaging unit moves around the patient’s head to produce detailed images, helping dentists make precise assessments for treatment or diagnosis.
